We’ll look at how words and water can shape our inner & outer world, before painting and decorating our own glass carafes with words and designs that feel meaningful to us. You’ll leave with your own unique carafe to take home, fill with water and enjoy.

Come and explore what can happen when we look at things a little differently. Through relaxed conversation and a creative drawing exercise, we’ll explore how changing our perspective can help us see things we may have missed when looking from the same familiar angle. Using graphite, pencils and erasers, we’ll experiment with a different way of drawing — working with light, shade and shape rather than trying to create what we think something should look like. No drawing experience is needed. This isn’t about being “good at art” — it’s about getting curious, trying something different and seeing what appears when we change the way we look. You’ll leave with your own artwork to take home and continue — and perhaps a slightly different perspective, too.
